kleesumo Discussion starter · Mar 19, 2021. Well I pulled the trigger and upgraded my 2025r to a 2038r. I only had 20 hours on the 2025r. It was a great machine but didn't have quite the fork lift capacity. I love the new 2038r even losing money trading in.

A couple years ago he said he put a brand new Kohler K532 Engine. The main issues I see are mostly hydraulic leaks at the steering components and leaks on the trans. Mostly at the brake area and diff lock rod area. It all depends on what you are planning to do with the tractor. If you mostly do mowing, the new style 2025R may fit your needs best.
